The INSO MODUL PF60 panels are the components of soundproof walls,
rooms, and compartments.
The panel is made of the following:
Encased in full plate of pre-galvanized carbon steel, varnished or prevarnished
Damping-impedance partition
Padding made of porous material with appropriate thickness
Anti-dust protective fabric
Covering outer layer in pre-galvanized carbon steel, varnished or
prevarnished, with perforations of diameters in size varying from 5 to beyond 8 mm.
(percentage of perforation equal to 35%).

Galvanization
Made in compliance with EURONORM 147/79 with zinc grains of the type Z275.
Varnishing
Applied to the galvanized plate, visible side, an undercoat of epoxy paint of zinc phosphate
(thickness 40 micron).
Finished with a layer of polyurethane (thickness 60 micron).
Prevarnishing
Using the "Coil Coating" process, which consists of pre-treating the
plate, of applying, by rolling, of an undercoat (thickness 5 micron) and the varnish
(thickness 20 micron), then baking in an oven at 232° C and finally cooling in water.
The inner side is treated with a single undercoat for a thickness of 7 micron.

Prevarnished plate: RAL 9002, RAL 9010, RAL 6021.

Room dividers with high capacity sound insulation.

prevarnished, with a thickness of 8 or 1O/1O mm
Damping-impedance partition
Padding made of porous material with appropriate thickness
Anti-dust protective fabric
Covering outer layer countered in aluminium, varnished or
prevarnished, with a thickness of 8 or l0/l0 mm, with perforations of diameters in size varying from 2 to 7 mm.
(percentage of perforation equal to 35%).
Perfect coupling of the individual modules is ensured by the form and fit of the panels and by the presence of a neoprene protective
gasket.
