The INSO BOX muffler can have a variety of forms and sizes determined by the requirements of air exchange and loss of allowable charge, which are necessary for the perfect functioning of the muffler installation.
It consists of an external body made up of the INSO MODUL PF panels that can, if
needed, also be constructed using stainless steel plate.
Baffle partitions are installed inside and their dimensions are determined by the expected acoustic result and they are composed of porous sound-absorbing material conveniently protected against
flaking.
Furthermore, in the area where the air enters, diffractors can, if
necessary, be installed which can protect the partitions against the sudden onslaught of liquid or air.
All the sound absorbing materials used inside the muffler are certified class o, resist
decay, are water repellent, and do not contain noxious substances.
If necessary, the traditional porous material can be substituted with another able to withstand high
temperatures.
