The INSO MODUL compartment is made from INSO MODUL sound insulation panels PF 50, 60, or 80 sustained by a support structure in pipes of varnished carbon steel, modular, easy to assemble or disassemble and, in emergencies, non-conductive.
The damping panel is selected as a function of the need to abate the
signal; in each case, it is possible to adapt the standard compartments to specific
needs, whether acoustic (abatement>35 dBA) or functional (environments with hjgher sanitary requirements or
microclimates).
To ensure the maximum ease of assembly and disassembly and if
necessary, to permit the installations to be adapted to the space, every component of the INSO SYSTEM compartment is assembled using
bolts.
Varnishing Application of a layer of undercoat of epoxy paint of zinc phosphate
(thickness 40 micron). Upon request, it is possible to further protect the structure with a preventive treatment of hot or cold
galvanizatjon.
Finishing with a layer with a polyurethane base or chloroprene (thickness 60 micron).
